Working Principle：

FBT series belt thickener is designed for sludge thickening and dewatering of solid content 0.4-1.5%, the final dried sludge content could be 5-7% for normal non-processing sludge from municipal biochemistry. The dried sludge content 10-12% for certain sludge when it is equipped with a hydrophobic plough, pressure plate or pressure axis. The belt operating speed can be adjusted between 3-18 meters/min.
